If you wish to extend your reservation, you must notify the area or it will be automatically cancelled two hours before the check-out deadline (1:00 p.m.). If you do not leave the area before check-out time, you will have to pay for one more day without the right to use the space if it was reserved. Please be responsible, there may be clients with a preference for having a reservation waiting to enter their plot.

 

Can I cancel/modify my reservation for free?

 

Yes, you can modify or cancel the date of your reservation by sending a WhatsApp to our phone number +34 686 071 426 more than 48 hours before the start time of the reservation (14:00h). In case of cancellation, 90% of the reservation amount will be paid. If you modify it or choose a voucher for another date, you have one year of validity to use it.

 

How can I choose a specific place?


By booking in advance on the website, and contacting our office staff at least 24 hours in advance, either via WhatsApp or by phone. The car park reserves the allocation of spaces, meaning that even if you have reserved a specific space, this could change at the discretion of the car park itself in order to improve the stay of all users.

 

RULES AND USE OF FACILITIES DURING YOUR STAY

 

The facilities are also adapted for people with reduced mobility, you should not use them if they are not intended for you. Please use the facilities with care and be responsible.

 

Once the plot has been assigned, it cannot be changed without prior authorization from the parking manager, who will be the one to decide whether to accept the change of location of the vehicle for a justified reason.

 

The parking lot's quiet hours are between midnight and 8:00 a.m. During these hours, no vehicle traffic is permitted. Outside of these hours, excessive noise is not permitted in order to improve the coexistence of parking users.

 

Vehicles must display the parking space plate visibly displayed throughout their stay in the car park, and must return it before leaving. In addition, they must remain parked and turned off facing the correct direction at the edge of the lot and not step on the grass.

 

Cars are only allowed if they are towing a caravan on an XXL pitch or for loading and unloading a maximum of 10 minutes. If you book a standard pitch for a caravan, you must leave the car outside the car park.

 

If the client fails to comply with the parking rules, disturbs other clients or uses the facilities inappropriately, he or she may be expelled from the parking lot even if the reservation is valid and without the right to a refund of the amount.

 

This forbidden making charcoal barbecues, tents, portable showers, walking the dog without a leash, playing music that bothers other users, marquees or any type of extension.
