These services are free, but keep in mind that you are not the only user, please use the facilities carefully and be responsible.
There are bathrooms and showers reserved for the disabled, you should not use them if they are not intended for you.

Vehicles over 10 meters, people with disabilities or elderly people contact the area. Passenger cars are not allowed except with a tent on the roof and if the client sleeps outside the vehicle. It is prohibited to make barbecues, take out awnings, tents or any type of extension.

Entry and exit conditions

Check-in at 9:00 if pitches are available, otherwise and with reservations at 2:00 p.m.

Departure before 1:00 p.m. A time supplement may be applied until 8:00 p.m. only if the reception deems it appropriate depending on the occupancy of the parking lot.

What services can I hire in the area?

These services have an added cost, you can find out about them and hire them at the area reception.

What are the car park quiet hours?
The hours of obligatory silence are from 00:00 to 08:00. If noise is made during that time or the current parking regulations are not complied with, measures may be taken (sanctions or even expulsion of customers who do not comply with these conditions). Awnings or belongings should not be removed to the outside.

Can I enter and leave the car park whenever I want during the contracted time?
Yes, as long as you respect the quiet hours of the campsite between 00:00 and 08:00, during that time the transit of any vehicle will not be allowed inside the parking area.

Can I cancel/modify my reservation for free?

Yes, up to two days before your reservation, 90% of the amount paid will be returned to you. You can modify the date of your reservation with a period of more than 48 hours for free by calling our office. Remember that if you reserve within less than two days you will not have the option to cancel or modify dates.

Can I change plot?
No, once the plot has been assigned, it cannot be changed unless previously authorized by the person in charge of the car park, who will be the one who decides if the change of location of the vehicle is accepted for a justified reason.
Vehicles are obliged to visibly carry the plate indicating the corresponding parking space hanging from the rear-view mirror throughout their stay in the car park, and to return it prior to leaving.

What time can I check-in and check-out?

  • Check-In (Entry): from 2:00 p.m.
  • Check-Out (Entry): before 1:00 p.m.

Standard rate (day or day and night) for any pitch and before 8:00 p.m. day rate or standard rate with contracted hours extension service, for any pitch.

In the case of not wishing to leave on the day and time selected, the client must check availability and notify the area or their reservation will be canceled two hours before the check-out deadline, and they must pay one more day, being able to collect the 100% of the amount.

Can you bring pets?
Yes, as long as the pets are well behaved and kept on a leash, in no case can the animals be loose inside the enclosure. Please pick up the droppings.

What are the plots like and what vehicles can be parked in each one?
There are 3 types of plots:

  • XXL PLOT exclusively for VEHICLES WITH CARAVANS: They have their own water supply and electricity, and are intended solely for VEHICLES WITH CARAVANS and vehicles greater than 8 meters long.
  • NORMAL PLOT WITHOUT ELECTRICITY: They have a water intake, and are intended for MOTORHOMES, VANS and CAMPERS.
  • NORMAL PLOT WITH ELECTRICITY: They have a water and electricity connection, and are intended for MOTORHOMES and VANS and CAMPERS.

There are plots reserved for the disabled, as well as adapted toilets and showers.

Vehicles over 10 meters, people with disabilities or elderly people, contact the area before making the reservation.

Do I have to pay a part in advance?
Yes, 100% at the time of reservation or check-in failing that. This amount will be refunded following the cancellation/modification conditions, or in the event of the client's departure due to force majeure.

Any contracted service will be paid at the time of contracting.
All payments will be made by debit/credit card in the area, CASH PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED, if you wish to pay in cash a deposit will be required.

Place will not be awarded after 10:00 p.m., until 9:00 a.m.
Keep the form with your parcel number visible at all times and hand it in to reception when you check out and leave the area. If it is not delivered, a charge of €20 may be charged.

CARAVAN AREA EL PALMAR BEACH reserves the right of admission to the parking lot. If you reserve a specific space, it could change in case of force majeure at the discretion of the car park in order to improve the stay of all users.
